The City of Pharr City Ordinance Sec 50-28 requires all alarms in the City of Pharr be registered and have a permit. Please fill the information below to register your alarm and shortly after a copy of the city ordinance and invoice/payment request will be mailed to you. To register a new alarm the fee is $20.00 dollars and annual renewal fee is $15.00 dollars. Fees will be waved for residential permits for resident owners being 65 years or older and/or disabled Veteran (100%).  Late fee, after 30 days, is 50.00 dollars. False alarm fees are: 4 to 5 $50.00 dollars each; 6 to 7 $75.00 dollars each; 8 or more $100.00 dollars.
